The strongest, fullest coverage… at the touch of a button.
After years of making manual boat covers, and a lot of research, I’ve found that The Touchless Boat Cover® is the absolute best option, especially for Florida. I’m now ONLY offering this cover to the Emerald Coast; Enter Touchless Cover of the Emerald Coast. It is by far the best way to keep a boat protected from the sun and wind, and it removes the time-consuming and frustrating process of covering and uncovering your investment.
It can be installed under existing dock roofs, or can be installed where there is no existing dock roof. Why install under a dock roof? This cover protects the top and sides of a boat, allowing air flow through the bottom opening. Say goodbye to bird poop, and extreme sun damage to gel coat and upholstery damage because of the rays that still attack when the sun’s not directly above.
Yes, The Touchless Cover is measured to cover outboard engines, as well. This saves the cost of repainting cowlings, which can range from $180 to $750 and up.
It’s seriously the last boat cover system you’ll ever need. (I’ve seen some original covers that are still protecting a boat after 25 years. Really.) AND, it operates by remote or phone app, and uncovers/covers the boat in roughly 40 seconds. In talking with people who have them, I’ve been told that they use their boat a lot more because the cover hassle is gone. Check out some pics:

What about hurricanes?
A very common question I get in this area is, “What happens to the cover when a hurricane is coming?”
The answer depends on what the owner’s objectives and capabilities are. In an independent engineering study, the cover was shown to withstand winds up to 90 mph. The frame can take up to 167 mph winds. Depending on the wind strength, some owners may want the cover to absorb damage to protect their boat. If the winds are stronger than 90 mph, most people would move their boat anyway. In this case, the cover can be rolled and stored tightly nested with the frame to protect it. We can provide information about that to the owner, and/or we can provide a service call to do it if we have enough notice. What about winds upwards of 167 mph? Well, frankly, there will be other things most people will be worried about, and if winds are 167+ mph, there’s likely to be no dock for the cover to still be on (and that’s just one of considerations of living in our area.) One thing of note: it may be able to be included in homeowner’s insurance (depending on insurance carrier.)
